All bottled up and ready to condition. I really need to build that kegerator, bottling takes about 2 hours start to clean up. Add 2 weeks + for carbonation..ugh. Keg's force carb in 2 days and are 1 vessel as opposed to 30. Spring project?

My thoughts exactly. I want to start home brewing, but I don't want to deal with the damn bottles. I'm adding Pivovar Freshnock to my blog list because I like your blog and look forward following your spring project.
Muddy Mo, this was a Fall Project and Winter Project that is being delayed. I am gonna suck it up and get it done before outdoor weather hits in May.. and so I can Keg the Maibock.
